The delivery is free for all the artworks on Golf2Wall.com.

 

Customs

The displayed prices are “excluding any customs charges”. Any parcel from a foreign country must be cleared through customs: additional taxes and customs duties may apply and you will have to pay them to the local authorities to release your parcel. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to keep up-to-date with developments in the customs policies of each country to which we send orders. The amount of your order is therefore “excluding any customs charges”. For taxation applicable to works of art imported into your country, we invite you to contact the relevant customs authorities.

 

Packaging

The canvases are carefully protected against shocks and then placed in a double carton, ideal against mechanical and climatic aggressions, thus guaranteeing a safe transport.

 

Delivery delay

The delivery time includes the preparation (printing, mounting on wooden frame and packaging) and delivery by carrier. The preparation time is usually 2 to 3 days, and delivery depends on your country of residence.

 

Follow-up of your order

With your order number and e-mail address, you can easily find out where your current order is. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your items are shipped.

Returns and refunds

  • If you are a citizen of the European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the work commissioned for exercise, with Golf2Wall, your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reason or to pay a penalty. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, physically takes possession of the property.
  • If you are not a citizen of the European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) this right of withdrawal is not applicable.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration:

    In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period of withdrawal.

    You must return the artwork to:

    Green&Company – Golf2Wall – 2 trieu à Mucques -7740 Pecq – Belgique,
    without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after we have notified you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you return the property before the expiration of the fourteen day period.

    In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the price of the work of art purchased, the costs of packaging and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the expenses of return remaining at the expense of the buyer.

    In the event of withdrawal we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may defer repayment until we receive the property or until you have provided proof of shipping the property, whichever is the earlier. Your liability is only incurred in respect of the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the property.

Payment

Golf2Wall offers you to pay by credit card by Paypal without having to have a Paypal account, or by bank transfer.

 

Paypal payment

After adding the selected artwork to your shopping cart, choose Paypal as your payment method. You will be redirected to the Paypal site where you can either log in to your Paypal account or pay for your purchase without a Paypal account. You will then be redirected to Golf2Wall.

 

Payment by bank transfer

You must select Payment by bank transfer as payment method when you buy. Once you have validated the order, our bank account will be communicated to you by e-mail so that you can make the transfer. Your order will be sent to you upon receipt of your transfer. Your order will be maintained for 5 working days from the validation of your order. In case of non-receipt of your transfer after this delay, the order will be canceled.

 

Security

Golf2Wall has adopted, for the means of payment, the solution PayPal, leader of online payment. Golf2Wall has no access to confidential information regarding the payment method used by the buyer when placing an order. This is why the buyer’s bank details will be requested on each new order. Indeed, only PayPal has confidential information that remains inaccessible to third parties.

 

Invoice

When your artwork is delivered to you, it will be accompanied by an invoice containing the HT and TTC prices of the work. This invoice will also be sent to you by email and you can download it in your “My Account” area.
